Report of Summer Program Multidimensional Spectral Transformations for Multidimensional Systems in State-space Discription

I stayed in National Dong Hwa University(NDHU) for two months (Aug.1,2009 to Sep.30,2009) and carried out my research activities under the guidance of Prof.Hsin-Jang Shieh at The Mechatronics and Control Laboratory, Department of Electrical Engineering, as well as the library of NDHU, mainly on the weekdays. NDHU locates in Hualien prefecture which is the largest prefecture in the east side and the middle of Taiwan, and surrounded by a lot of nature such as Taroko national park, Carp lake, and Cisingtan Scenic Area where coastline is very beautiful etc. During the period of my stay, I visited many places in Taiwan, even the green island located in the south-east of Taiwan together with students in my laboratory and another laboratory in the same floor almost every weekend. I have been very impressed by the mood and scenery in Taiwan, and have learned a lot of things through the travels on the culture, the history, the politics, and the economy in Taiwan.
